Rwanda
In Rwanda’s picturesque Kivu Belt region, the Liza Coffee Washing Station, owned by dedicated coffee farmer Jean Paul and his wife, Pacifique Uwicyeza, partners with 1,850 local farmers.
Their meticulous process includes sorting, washing, two-day fermentation, and 48 to 54 days on drying tables. The result is a refined coffee with bright orange acidity, peachy sweetness, raisin cookies, and cocoa—an embodiment of dedication and sustainability in coffee production.
Kenya
Sourced from the Kamavindi Estate, owned by the Mbature family, our Kenyan coffee is a testament to their meticulous attention to detail and innovative quality practices. As a third- generation family farm, their unwavering commitment to excellence sets them apart in the region.
The result is a coffee that embodies their passion and dedication, offering a delightful blend of syrupy sweetness with vibrant notes of citrus and blackberry.
