Founded in 2016 with a clear mission: to buy as much East African coffee directly from the farmer as possible.
About 90% of all coffee produced in the world is traded through large multinational corporations, which keep the price of traded coffee artificially low. Which in turn makes it impossible to make a profit, or even a living for a lot of coffee farmers.

By buying from the farmers directly, we bypass this model and offer the farmers a fair price.
From the year 2020 we will additionally open bank accounts for the small holder farmers that we work with in East Africa so we can ensure we can directly control and ensure our farming partners get their share of the value chain.
