This espresso measuring glass is designed for professional espresso shot creation. For our specialty coffees we recommend 40ml of extracted espresso within a time frame of 23-30 seconds. By using this measuring tool you can be assured that the volume of espresso coming out of your machine is well-balanced and extracted.
