Our roastery is home to a multi-talented team with a combined 30 years of experience in the coffee industry. Led by our founder, Stean, whose journey in coffee began over a decade ago in East Africa, our team shares a deep rooted passion for every stage of the coffee process.

Our team has a diverse range of skill sets, such as specialising in sourcing, roasting, brewing, latte art and machine maintenance.

At Stean’s Beans, we believe in doing things differently, by staying small enough to care and bold enough to innovate.
