Introducing AMKA: A sensational anaerobically naturally processed coffee from Kenya. When freshly roasted (16-24 hours) AMKA delivers a punch of alcoholic raisins and raspberry notes. We have noticed though, that over a few days it transforms into a bold sweet cherry candy with a delightful acidity. Despite being a light roast, high in acidity and thus commonly associated with filter brewing, we have also been able to pull a great espresso from it.
