Limited Edition Sogongera

Our Sogongera LIMITED EDITION is a light-medium roast from Baho Coffee, Western Province, Rwanda, grown at 1550m. The cherries underwent an experimental 300-hour anaerobic fermentation in sealed plastic bags, then dried over 32 days with twice-daily moisture checks and continuous hand sorting for precision and consistency. Expect peach, wild strawberry, speculaas and chestnut in the cup.
